Reformatics is pleased to share a new Handbook “Deepening EU-Georgia Relations – What, why and how”. The Handbook seeks to explain the contents of a long and complex treaty, the Association Agreement, including the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), between Georgia on the one hand, and the European Union and its 28 member states, on the other.
Therefore, the purpose of the Handbook is to help readers to understand what each chapter of the Agreement means, in terms of both the nature of commitments that the EU and Georgia have assumed, and the prospects for their implementation.
The work has been carried out by two teams of researchers from Reformatics and Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels, with the support of the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida).
The handbook was first made available at the following websites: www.ceps.eu and www.3dcftas.eu
The Handbook is available in English and Georgian languages for free download.
