Within the framework of our consultancy engagement and in collaboration with Tony Blair Associates, Reformatics’ team provided advice and detailed recommendations to improve tax and customs regulations as well as administration in Albania and help the country streamline its fiscal and budgetary policies, as well as DB recommendations and implementation support. 
To ensure that targets were met, our recommendations included the institutional and structural unification of Albania’s tax and customs authorities, the improvement of small business taxation regimes, the further improvement of tax legislation and making the country more business-friendly, improving the performance of customs and the establishment of a customs ‘one-stop shop’.
