The team of Reformatics, based on the assignment by the UN World Tourism Organisation and funded by the World Bank, produced new regulatory texts related to registration, approval and granting of licences to four types of tourism enterprises, including hotels, tour guides, tourist agencies and restaurants. 
Reformatics also provided recommendations to upgrade the hotel classification system, including the classification procedure as well as the classification criteria. In addition our team is developing an online platform for granting of approvals and licenses to tourist enterprises based on the one-stop-shop principle.
