BENIN

International team of Reformatics, based on the assignment by the UN World Tourism Organisation and funded by the World Bank, developed a capacity building program for 54 tour guides from all regions of Benin. The program included training modules, which covered all major skills relevant for tour guides and information related to the main tourist attractions of Benin. 
The training materials were developed and packaged in form of training manuals which will be used by the Government of Benin for future trainings, including for train the trainer programs. The manuals, among others, comprised audio-visual tutorial kits with animation.
