Reformatics was commissioned to actively assist the Government of Kazakhstan and the JSC Kazakh Invest to elaborate mechanisms for attracting investments to the country and to encourage tourism sector development.
Reformatics conducted a gap and needs analysis in FDI attraction in the Republic of Kazakhstan, developed recommendations to amend the legal framework in relevant areas, and identified target countries from which FDI could be attracted.
In terms of tourism promotion, Reformatics analyzed the current situation in the tourism sector, including the regulatory and legal environment. Consequently, recommendations and a roadmap were delivered to the Client aimed at the increase of inbound tourism numbers and tourism sector growth. Reformatics also provided recommendations to attract investments in the tourism sector specifically. In addition, the team of Reformatics provided consultancy in branding and promotion of FDI as well as tourism.
